Bricks and Bread Sustainable Living Centre - Aldershot |
The Bricks and Bread Sustainable Living Centre opened in June 2009 with the vision to help others and provide information and training to local people, industry and businesses in sustainable living. Large companies or governments can only make a difference over a long time, they are restricted by policy and politics to act fast and be truly effective in the short term. It is down to individuals and small companies to make the effort and adopt more self sufficient and sustainable ways to change the way we live, build and run businesses. The health and wellbeing of average people and their financial stability depends on us all reducing our fossil fuel use, saving money and buying more supplies locally from small businesses.
