Cranesbill - Geranium x oxonianum "Hollywood"
Family - Geraniaceae

A commercial hybrid, this pretty Cranesbill - hardy Geranium has large flowers of pale pink which are heavily veined and netted in dark red.  It grows to around 45–65cm (18in–2ft) high on thin straggly stems with fairly deeply cut leaves of three lobes.

Apparently a recent introduction in the commercial market, being excellent for ground cover in sun or shade with a long flowering period.  The plants found in Brickfields Park are garden escapees from vegetative rubbish dumped in the park by residents.
